The firm stressed that it had made "no independent verification" of the completeness of Dr. Wildenthal's travel expense packages. Nor did it "verify the occurrence of the trips taken by Dr. Wildenthal, nor determine whether and to what extent Dr. Wildenthal may owe reimbursement to the institution for travel and entertainment expenditures."
