As for the protection of security, the Commission said, "it must be added that the new trend of high dependence on the `accounts and balance-sheets' of the borrowers is a risky approach. Tangible security is the best security. A banker in business is the owner of that security in case of default. It should be got visited, protected and upgraded as per the traditional banking practices."
