Le Bilboquet got the hang of its neighborhood right away. If the entrec?te is overdone, or creativity isn't reigning in the kitchen, it probably doesn't matter. Le Bilboquet is, more than anything, a place to see and be seen. And at that, it absolutely succeeds.
