The pictures here, largely for Vogue, are gorgeous and include portraits and reporting from the world of frocks (the glimpse into wartime fashion and beauty is fascinating) as well as many stunning portraits of Miller herself. It's this extraordinary woman's own story though, told with wit and warmth by Conekin, which brings them to life.
