The successful candidate will either be educated to at least A level standard degree level and ideally be a member of the CIH. You will have strong experience of income management services, ideally in a housing association setting. Recent experience of wider tenancy and/ or estate management in a housing association setting would be an advantage. Experience of managing a team and delivering effective, customer focused services is essential along with sound knowledge of legislation and best practice relating to income recovery, welfare benefits and financial inclusion. In addition good IT skills including Microsoft Office and ideally IBS Open Housing are required as well as excellent typing skills and being self-sufficient.
